This listing is an add-on option with the purchase of one of our coops.
Our 4'x9' to 6'x16' chicken coops come standard with a 2x4 base. The skids that the coops are built on are all treated 2x4's. This listing is to upgrade your skids/base to 4x4's instead of the 2x4's. 
(The 7x18 & 8x20 coops already come standard with a 4x4 base/skids.)
The wood will come unfinished unless you choose to purchase the paint, stain or water sealer add-on option. If you do purchase that add-on the wood will be painted, stained or water sealed to match your coop colors.
