The coop pictured is our 8’x16’ Cedar Coop and Run. It has an 6’x8’ house, with 16’ of run space and will hold up to 25 chickens. It has two removable 8’ roosting sticks inside the house and a black metal roof with 12” of overhang. The total height to the top is approximately 9’ and the dutch run door is 6’ tall. This coop pictured comes two windows in the front, two side opening windows on each side of the house and one gable window in the back for a total of 7 windows for plenty of ventilation. It also has 2 swing open back clean-out doors for easy cleaning, the deep liter method, a heated watering system, a dutch door, a roll out nesting box, a 4x4 base, an automatic Chicken Run door on the house, one barn light, one interior light, and the wood has been sealed with Penofin oil. *All of our coops are constructed with solid premium grade lumber. We do not use manufactured lumber such as plywood, osb or T1-11 in the construction of our coops. To ensure your coop will last through the years, we highly recommend sealing your coop (if we are not staining or painting it) with a premium exterior stain or paint.
*DELIVERY: Our delivery is in house, White Glove Delivery! This means that your coop will come fully assembled, ready to use and delivered exactly where you need it to be as long as you have a fairly level spot that we can access with a truck and large trailer. We will need a minimum or 10’ wide clearance through any gates. **We can NOT SHIP these, they are too large and heavy. They are only available for delivery or pickup. Our White Glove Delivery fee is $3.50 per mile for any distance under 300 miles from us and $4.50 per mile for anything over 300 miles.
