The coop pictured is our 8’x16’ size. It has a 6’x8’ house,16’ of run space and will hold up to 30 chickens. It has three 8’ roosting sticks inside the house and a bronze metal roof. The total height to the top is approximately 8’ and the run door is 6’ tall. Our 8’x16’ coop will come with 1/2" hardware cloth wire, synthetic pvc flooring, front & back vented gable windows, 4 vented side windows, 2 swing open back cleanout doors,an exterior side nesting box, a 4x4 base and a full metal roof. Add-ons are available for an additional fee, please see the add-on list below. The add-ons on this coop are a painted house, painted trim/frame, 2 automatic doors and 2 planter boxes. The price for this exact coop with the included add-ons is $7,100, plus delivery. *All of our coops are constructed with solid prime grade lumber. We do not use manufactured lumber such as plywood, osb or T1-11 in the construction of our coops. To ensure your coop will last through the years, we highly recommend sealing your coop with a premium exterior stain or paint. If you would like us to water seal, paint or stain your coop and frame it is available as an add-on option for an additional fee.*
 
**We can NOT SHIP these, they are too large and heavy. They are only available for delivery or pickup. Delivery is $2 per mile for any trip under 400 miles. Any delivery over 400 miles will be $3 per mile. Please message us with the size coop you would like and your delivery zip code for a quote. When we deliver you must have a cleared out, flat, level area to place the coop and have a direct path to the area that our truck and trailer will be able to access.**
