The coop pictured is our 8’x20’ size. It has an 6'x8’ house, 20’ of run space and will hold up to 40 chickens. It has two removable 8’ roosting sticks inside the house and a black metal roof. The total height to the top is approximately 9’ and the run door is 6’ tall. This exact coop comes with 1/2" hardware cloth wire, synthetic pvc flooring, 2 gable vented picture windows, 2 Giant Chicken Run Doors, a heated watering system, a gravity feeder, a Dutch door, two solar lights, two interior lights, one barn light, and it has been sealed with provincial water based stain by Super Deck. The price for this exact coop with the included add-ons is $11,925 plus delivery. *All of our coops are constructed with solid premium grade lumber. We do not use manufactured lumber such as plywood, osb or T1-11 in the construction of our coops. To ensure your coop will last through the years, we highly recommend sealing your coop (if we are not staining or painting it) with a premium exterior stain or paint.
*DELIVERY: Our delivery is in house, White Glove Delivery! This means that your coop will come fully assembled, ready to use and delivered exactly where you need it to be as long as you have a fairly level spot that we can access with a truck and large trailer. We will need a minimum or 10’ wide clearance through any gates. **We can NOT SHIP these, they are too large and heavy. They are only available for delivery or pickup. Our White Glove Delivery fee is $3.50 per mile for any distance under 300 miles from us and $4.50 per mile for anything over 300 miles.
