This listing is an add-on option with the purchase of one of our chicken coops. If you purchase this listing your entire chicken coop(frame, house & trim) will be stained one solid color. If you would like the trim to be painted a differnt color, please add the panted or stained trim add-on to your cart in addition to this listing.

Stain should last 3-5 years. After that you will need to reapply it just like a deck or fence would need another application.

We are not responsible for personal injury while using one of our products. We are not responsible for products that are damaged after delivery. We are not responsible for items damaged during transit if shipped with an out of house shipping company such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc. If your item is shipped using an out of house shipping company and is damaged during transit please save ALL packaging, take lots of pictures of the damages and contact us immediately. They will not give a refund if you do not save all packing materials and have photos of the damages. You must contact us the day of or day after delivery. We will then file a claim for the damaged item. Once the shipping company has paid the claim, we will issue a full refund or replacement product to you. **If you do not save the packaging, take photos of the damages and contact us the day of or day after delivery, we are not responsible to file a claim for the damaged product.**
