The coop pictured is our NEW Walk-In Chicken Coop! The size is 10'L x 6'W x approx. 8' tall to the top of the gable. It will house up to 40 chickens and is the perfect coop for any backyard or homestead. It comes with 2 roosting bars inside the house, PVC flooring, a metal roof, chicken entrance door & ladder on the front, two side shed windows, one vented side window, one vented gable window, two exterior side nesting boxes, 4x4 base and one locking man/entrance door. The man/ enterance door is 6' tall. Add-ons are available for an additional fee, please see the add-on list below. The add-on's on this coop are: solid color paint & solar barn light on front. *All of our coops are constructed with solid premium grade lumber. We do not use manufactured lumber such as plywood, osb or T1-11 in the construction of our coops. To ensure your coop will last through the years, we highly recommend sealing your coop (if we are not staining or painting it) with a premium exterior stain or paint.
*DELIVERY: Our delivery is in house, White Glove Delivery! This means that your coop will come fully assembled, ready to use and delivered exactly where you need it to be as long as you have a fairly level spot that we can access with a truck and large trailer. We will need a minimum or 10’ wide clearance through any gates. **We can NOT SHIP these, they are too large and heavy. They are only available for delivery or pickup. Our White Glove Delivery fee is $3.50 per mile for any distance under 300 miles from us and $4.50 per mile for anything over 300 miles.
